Fever and back pain
I m 29 male... From past 3 days i have fever and lower back and groin pain and nausea... Ultrasound report says kidney stones of 3-5mm in both the kidneys and mild liver enlarged and moderately spleen enlarged... Why this happens and pls advice treatment

Visit a good urologist. Drink plenty of water to avoid stone formation in future.

Renal stone , u have to get urine test done cultur and routine . medicine to be given for UTi . Usually it is due to less fluid intake . Do reports and consult me online Dr Rina malpani

This is due to renal stone it's small but causing symptoms Do u have any urine problem while passing urine like pain burning U need antibiotic Urine test And surgery opinion
