Fever 107 of a 3 yr old
My child is 3 years old and weight 14.5kg. She is been having fever for two and I went to her pediatrician. He advised paracetamol 250 and ofloxacin 100mg 3.5ml twice a day. Next day the fever reaches till 107 before the dose time. Can you advise what to do. I gave her sponge bath and gave ibugesic 5ml. Please

Paracetamol can be given at 4-6 hour interval and you can do sponging of child with normal water. Ibugesic is not advisable.
