Femoral neck fracture re surgery
Sir/madam, my niece 11 year old fall from 10 feet height upstairs, it was found in Xray the femoral neck fracture with dislocation, with in 48 hours of fracture she undergone surgery by fixing CC Screw.  Doctors recommended to take two months bed rest, after two mo nths they advised to walk with less weight with the help of a supporting stand, after completion of three months surgery it was came to know CC Screws broken and there is non union, now the doctors are delaying for re surgery as it is a critical process, and planning to do osteotomy strategy. I request you to suggest best paediatric orthopedic surgeon in Hyderaba. 1.Is there any chance of healing of fracture. 2.is osteotomy strategy is suitable. 3.what implants to be used.
