Fellopian tube block?
My hsg report shows that both fellopian tube slightly beaded appearance,it means block??? I had IVF and conceived on the first attempt but I had a miscarriage at 17 weeks . Now I am considering trying to open the blockage is it possible?? I am 36 years old and  have gestational diabetes, which I've had for 3 months and heaven subsided .

Better to undergo diagnostic hystero- laproscopy and +- Tubal clipping then IVF.

Beaded tube is generally because of genital tuberculosis You r adviced to undergo IVF again For diabetes you need to follow a diabetic diet include exercise

It could be due to genital TB. In my opinion it is not recommended to go for opening the tubal blockage when there is suspicion of TB as it can cause spread of the disease. Anyway without TB also in case of tubal block IVF is more successful than the procedure for opening the tubes. So, it will be better to try further cycles of IVF.
