Yes you can give the above medication. You have also mentioned that the child has got a stich on head. But why tab combiflam and tab sporidex ds. Has he been evaluated by a qualified pediatrician. If so they would have definitely recommended syrups for a 6yr old child. Suggest you meet a proper pediatician &get approptiate medicine basing on his weight Regards
