Feels numbness in palm
I am 32/F feels numbness in both palm at every morning when I get up. It occurs on feet also if I sit long time with acrossed leg. It seems the blood supply stopped & when i moves slowly it become normal. I hv joint pain problem also in back shoulder and right knee.

It seems that this problem occurs at morning only. And long time seating. Start applying luke warm sesam oil on knee joint, below knee and sole area before going sleep. And wear socks. Avoid sleeping in AC or below fan air. Keep cotton in ear at night.
Next Steps
If there is history of Caesar/ abortion, Start dashamularisht 2-2 table spoon mix with warm water after meal.

You may be suffering from calcium and vitamin deficiency.  So regular exercise with proper nutritious diet would really help you  . You may add calcium supplements to your diet.
