Feeling of intense guilt constantly.
My grandmother was a victim of post partum depression. I grew up with her nagging me constantly, crying about maids not coming , and repeating one thing hundred times and no amount of reassurance worked. It made me angry and I behaved horribly with her. Ultimately we lost her to a heart attack when I was 15. I can't forgive myself for it even today

Try to forgive yourself. Forgiveness gives peace. Few experiences in life are to make you better than yesterday. Don't think about it in a negative manner. Try to get a lesson from it. Be patient and calm with people who are suffering.
Next Steps
Love yourself. Make a habit of positive thinking. Forgive and forget :)
