Feeling an strange pain in the chest

Sir, I have problem for 11 years, when I take cool item or go to outside in cool whether and AC room, I feel an strange pain in the chest one ince right side from centre, with this pain, I have breathing problem, the breath gets Brocken in between. Once I took cool item, the pain remains whole day. My all the reports are Normal, CT & xray,
