I feel like I'm at the beginning stage of rectocele, a posterior rectal prolapse. suddenly my weight kept on increasing without any reason. I don't have thyroid or sugar. I have pcod for 2 years but I have been taking homeopathic medicines for it and it showed up almost normal in the last abdomen scan taken 4 months ago. I'm having my periods regular and I was able to maintain my weight.i weighed 49
before 4 mnths. now I feel very bulky. also I'm
suffering from anal fissure for the past 2 and half
years. sometimes whena tear occurs due to
constipation I used to apply healing ointments
prescribed by my gastrosurgeon. I have noticed a
small extension of tissue coming from vagina and
when I sit down on floor I feel a slight sprain on
vagina.like some pull from inside. I have been
suffering from recurrent uti a few months ago.last time was in january and it was a severe one.after that I feel my bladder is voiding not fully, there is always leftover urine.also bladder fill early.

Hi
The swelling that you are noticing might or might not be a rectocele better to get properly examined by a general or a gastro surgeon for a diagnosis if you have not.
If it is a rectocele no active surgical intervention is needed unless it is more than 2cm in size or the patient is having defecation difficulties....which in your case there are none
Management initially will be weight loss and pelvic floor strengthening exercises for initial stages
As for the urinary symptoms they are not that consistent with a rectocele
Next Steps
1. Get physically examined by a general or a gastro surgeon in case you have not for confirmation of diagnosis of rectocele or otherwise
2. Diet and lifestyle modifications with regular exercise for constipation and weightloss respectively

Hi,
1st, is Rectocele diagnosed by gastrosurgeon?
2nd u are having a urinary problems like uti and difficulty passing urine.
So very likely that constipation and urinary difficulty can be related to common cause.
I would suggest you to get examine and investigated for it.
Investigation like usg abd(focused on bladder dynamic), mri of back and study of bladder dynamic will be required.
In young girls sometimes this can be functional without any cause and only behaviour modification can help solve a problem.
