I have been Feeling dificulties during sleep at night since 2years.when i try to sleep so that time i start think anything like such as what did i did today and what will i do tommorrow in school ...i start think anythings ...sir iam very tense with it... Please help me..!!!

Do you have exams? These are symptoms of stress. Take 1 glass of hot milk before going to bed. Start counting in reverse. U can consult a physician nearby who will recommend u anxiolytics for few days.
