Sometimes, I feel cold at the time of sleeping especially at night. What is the reason for it? I am not able to sleep properly because of it despite taking a blanket. Is it because of weak immunity or something else? How can I improve this naturally(without any medicine)?
Please note - my CBC, Vitamin B12 and D3, diabetes, thyroid and few other tests came normal.

Simplest reason is lack of worth. Another common reason is poor blood circulation, when not enough blood is getting to urfeet to keep them worm. This can be caused by sedentary lifestyle. U can solve it by getting up more frequently and moving around throughout the day. Put on worm cloths I.e. socks
