Feel bad taste and smell
Last february i felt and hit my head on concreate, after that i took treatement for neck pain, headache and giddiness and manymore. 2 or 3 days after discharge from hospital i lost my smell and taste, i feel very bad smell and taste in every thing, even cant write or tell that. then this month again i consult a doctor, he told my smell and taste will never get back. my question is, is there any medicine or any further medicine or any hospital which can help me for this case?

Usually during head injury there occurs injury to the olfactory nerve or the nerve for smell. Your CT scan will show if there was any fracture of the front of skull near the forehead ir nose. This type of injury may cause loss of smell.
Next Steps
Do visit a neurosurgeon to decide for further needful. The recovery of smell is usually not very good
