My baby girl was born 2.2 kg with IUGR at 36 weeks. She is 2.5 month old now and weights 3.8 kg.
I want to ask do i still need to feed her every 2 hours or can i give on demand feeding. Sometimes she sleeps at stretch for 3-4 hours do i need still to wake her up for feeds.

baby with a history of IUGR, it is best to consult the pediatrician in person
Generally, once a baby has established a good weight gain pattern and is past their birth weight, on-demand feeding is acceptable.
Often, waking a baby is not necessary if they are growing well.
