There is no real restrictions you need to make in your diet, unless you are allergic to certain foods. Have a balanced meal , but avoid packaged items that may contain lots of preservatives and colouring.
Momos may contain MSG , so does most Chinese food . If you can get or make them minus the MSG , then go ahead.
You can have normal diet.. No need to restrict any items.. You can have momos also and egg also..
