During the first few days babies often tend to fall asleep after few minutes of breast feed. It’s not ideal but is common. Baby can be woken up by gentle tickling over the soles of feet or stroking behind the ears and encouraged to suck more. Foremilk ( milk secreted at the start of a feed is watery and high in proteins) while hindmilk ( comes later) is richer in fat and provides more energy. For optimum growth the baby needs both

No, 5-8mins is not sufficient at all So give atleast 15mins -20mins

Greetings yes the baby can get ideally we do say feed for minimum 10-15 min
