Febrile seizures less than 5minutes
Hi Mam/sir,
My daughter got febrile seizure twice because of fever till now . Is that harmful to baby and is it recommended to take eeg as both are less than 5 mins and baby is normal now .

Febrile seizures can occur upto 5 years age of child .But need to keep syrup paracetamol and midazolam spray in home .if frequently occurring then need to evaluate. If seizures happens give midazolam spray in both nostril 2 times and don't give any liquids orally ,keep neck one side go to near hospital .

Hello , whenever ur child has fever give fresium tablet along with paracetamol for 3 days.
