Fear of going out from house
Hi, I am afraid of going out from the house. I feel heaviness in chest whenever i leave house. I feel uneasiness and gets nervous and feel heaviness in chest if someone says me to go out for some work. Is it a phobia or some problem. Ease help me in getting out of this. Thanks

It’s not clear from your presentation about the duration of the illnesses. Was it associated with any stressful event before the emergence of the symptoms? Why are you afraid of going out? Is something bad will happen to you or your loved ones? Are you afraid of having some accidents when going outside? How qualified are you? When was the last time you went for a job or stepped out with what reaction? What was your premorbid personality? There are so many “Whys” which are to known to come a final diagnosis and management accordingly.
