Fear from Job, GAD, Nexito
Due to stressful job, I got depressed in last of this January. For one month, I had tried exercise and meditation to get out of it but all in vain. Then in month of March, I have consulted psychiatric who diagnosed Generalized Anxiety Disorder in me and recommended Nexito 10mg. Till this day, I have taken Nexito in continuity for one month. I am out from depression but I am not able to do my job due to FEAR and reduction in my efficiency( half efficieny after recovery). Rightnow, I have anxiety only in stressful condition. I have good experience with Nexito. I am also taking counseling to learn CBT. Will Nexito help in reducing my FEAR about my JOB and increasing my efficiency. Is GAD can be treated completely. FEAR from Job is my problem rightnow. Plz suggest if I need to change/increase my medication.

Hello! No need to change the medication. Nexito along with CBT for your anxiety will be enough. Medications take some time. Give it some time and you will be okay. If not, you can consult your Psychiatris whenever you think its not working. If required the dosage can be increased.
