My father is having very severe problem in stomach , the sonography was done which was attached herwith for ur reference , so please see & guide what is the issue & what will be it medicines & solution , since last 1 month they had not taken any food, loose motion is going on from yester day he want atleast 15 time for stool , pls see the report & guide me as early as possible

Fatty liver will not cause any of the above symptoms.
He should take ORS.
I suggest get him evaluated at a clinic near you.
