Fatty and untoned chest and abdomen
Only the chest and stomach is very fatty and saggy compared to rest body parts.my belly moves up and down while walking. My belly bulges out after eating small meals.i had lost weight from 80 to 57 kg but it again reached 80 kg.

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
