Fatigue and sleepiness
Hello dear doctor, i have my exams after 3weeks. When i wake up in the morning i feel very tired, fatigue and sleepiness throughout the day. My body aches alot due to this fatigue. Kindly suggest me medicines.

Be physically active Monitor your diet and sleep patterns Eat healthy and nutritious ( dnt be empty stomach for long or over eat) Sleep hygiene is very important You can take hot water bath for body ache Plan ahead and stick to the plan ( daily routine eating/ sleeping/ physical activity along with your studies)
