Joint pains, fatigue and body aches fro almost 15 days. T3/T4 normal. TSH - 6.3, TPO serum - Above 1000 (range below 5.6), Thyroglobulin 14.5 (range below 4.5)

You will require to be started on thyroid hormone replacement tablets , based on your reports. However, your symptoms may not be directly related to thyroid issues. There could be other causes like viral infections, anemia, vitamin deficiencies etc. Selective tests can be advised after examining you.
