Fat to Fit conditions?
My weight is around 100+ Kgs and Height is 6.2 Ft. I'm a kind of fatty guy and especially around belly and thighs. So I would like to be a fit by following diet and doing gym. So before that I would like to know whether my body is ready or not for gym activities. And how to understand our body nature and structure?

Gud morning pls share in detail if any sort of medical history u have like diabetes,bp issues,thyroid issues etc your dietary pattern everything in detail.U can start with low intensity exercises like low impact cardio,tread mill running at first with 30mins,yoga for 30mins at beginning to keep your self physically fit.for more details connect directly through practo app.
