Fat  legs.
My age is 25 and weight is 50 kg. My problem is my fat legs. My upper body is slim but my legs are comparatively very fat. I don't exactly remember when my legs got fat but i noticed it some 5 years ago. It is very much visible in photographs also. I tried different exercises but nothing worked. I have no other problems with my legs, the only problem is that they are very fat. I don't have thyroid. Please tell me how can i make my legs slim and look normal.

Some women may have more fat distributed to the legs. This is normal in women because the hips are more likely to store fat. It would be best to lose weight and start on a vigorous diet and exercise plan. I would suggest that you exercise at least 30 mins at a time 3 to 4 times a week. Jogging and running for 30 mins at a time would work. After 2 weeks, exercise for 45 mins to 1 hour would be useful. Reducing the diet to 1400 calories per day would also help. Here is an app that can help you with this: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ Do let me know how this goes! :)
