Fat loss issue
My weight is 73.4kg and my height is 5ft. I want to lose extra body fat without sacrificing muscles. I don't want any crash diets and low carbs diet as they eliminate only muscles and water with minimum fat. What should I do ?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet with enough proteins. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi to tone and support muscle you must include strength training on a regular basis. Support this with good food choices. Include good sources of protein like dals, sprouts, milk, curd, paneer, nuts etc and if you eat non veg food, include eggs, fish and chicken. Take 2 fruits daily. And also include a small portion of salad in your meals. Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Exercise regularly.
