I'm unable to lose weight I'm taking food limited only but I don't know how I gain weight. Morning I have limited breakfast afternoon too and for night very less. Tell me some suggestions to lose weight fast.

Amount of food doesn't matter. The calories in them matter. You have to take low calorie food. It's a huge topic to explain. Simply to say, avoid any thing containing oil especially deep fried, anything sweet to taste, milk products other than milk and buttermilk should be avoided. At night don't take food involving rice - idly & dosa also has rice. Stop eating meat if you want to loose weight.
Do some good exercises to burn the excess fat, yoga is good at it.
Do these regularly and if you don't loose weight consult a dietician or weight loss therapist.
