Since one year i became so weighted from 55 to 70 pls tell me that how can i reduce that fat aroind my stomach nd abdomen

get some investigation done 1T3 .T4 TSH 2.LFT 3.HB 4.S ALBUMIN AND GLOBULIN IF all are within range then change your lifestyle for that I should know your history.
