Fasting blood sugar

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am having a vaginal infection and I was told by my gynaecologist to go for fast blood sugar test.my results were 117measured almost one month ago. In practo one of the gynaecologist suggested to keep a check on my sugar. What shall I do to control it ? Is medicines required or i can control it by natural methods?

Presently non pharmacological methods are enough no medication needed you have to be strict on your diet weight control and physical exercise Keep checking sugar every six months if it is more than only need a medication
