Fast heartbeat
Hi
I feel shortness of breath and fast heartbeat ususally after lunch/dinner and when I wake up from sleep.
Please suggest whether shud I hv to go for any preventive heart checkup.

Yes. Your complaints definitely warrant a proper cardiac evaluation by a cardiologist as a heart problem can present with these complaints.
