Facial skin itching and hair fall Hello sir/madam, I was feeling whole body itching from few months once it took intense I took Avil and Dexona tablets(for 10 days, 2 times a day), but itching disappeared only during the course of intake of tablets and once I stoped taking tablets itching continued, and I also get small bumps on my face where itching will be the most. I use Clincitop for my face as a Ace treatment. And hair fall, every time I take head bath some 30-50 hairs falls ( I tried Nizoral shampoo but didn't work) Plz help me in this regards

Hair fall:- Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month Tab. Hautvit Forte once daily for 3 months. Use Anaphase shampoo.Increase intake of protein diet & Green leafy vegetables. Check blood test for Thyroid & Haemoglobin.

1. Body itching could be an allergic reaction. You need to  get baseline blood  investigations and allergy testing done. 2. Acne is common at your age. Continue treatment.
