  4. Facial palsy. Weak what should i do?

My wife gave birth twin by cesearian after discharge from hospital suddenly her B.P. goes 173/84 when I cunsult the doctor he said facial palsy and recommended brain MRI she is 25 years old during pregnancy period her BP was always high she became veay weak what should I do? Some time she feel dizziness and one side less vision.
