Facial hairs are not grow

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I don't know what is the problem my facial hairs are not growing. Moustache and beard are not growing as I even shaved them and tried for growth but it was not useful. Please tell me what I have to do grow my facial hairs asap. Because I am feeling awkward in front of my friends and in public as they have but I don't!!
