I have a daughter she is 12 on april she will turn 13 y/o. She has alot of hair on her face, so she facing insecurity about it. Does she can shave at the age of 12 by using a razor? If she can. What was the best facial hair removal razor. Any suggestions? Also did i need to consult any dermatologists...?
