When i woke up in the morning i found my faces swells up like nythng.nt the whole face bt sm patches lyk.in one side or othr.it bcms red n burns.i hv researched tht whn i have mutton in my diet it comes up.but many a times widout hvng it i hv faced ths prblm which lasts for an hour or more n disapears.hlp me

Hello,
Facial swelling has many cause.
Food allergy can be one of them.
But if you have any family history of similar problem,angioedema is another possible diagnosis.
I would like to advise S.IgE level.
