Face weight reduction
Hello dear doctor i amm 22yr old. my weight is 55kg and my height is 5.5. my legs hands are very thin but my tummy has more fat. tummy is very big it looks odd. so i joined the gym since 1 month. now i reduced the weight and i burned my tummy fat. beacuse of gym my face became very thin what i should do. if i eat more first i will get tummy fat. and before i was very fair after joing gym now became dark. my face does not have glow only. my face looks like tired and i look like patient. please help me

Hi dear it seems that you have done extreme diet and exercise thus your nutrition store has replenish and thus because of that you are suffering from dark skin and dull face. First of all you need to check your diet for nutrient rich and low calories diet. You should increase intake of coloured fruit and vegetables. Also protien intake need to be checked.
Next Steps
You should start having fresh fruit and veg along with plenty of water. to replenish your skin. Also face pack like honey and lemon will help to brighten and glow.
