Suddenly on my face small boil has come and also on my face so much of itchiness is there at night before sleep I use safromycin but still no use. . My face skin has become so dull n rough. . Please suggest me something

Hi. Warm regards. Usually boil never happens on face. As per history they are sounding pimples ( Acne Vulgaris ). Please meet a good Dermatologist near to you and get treated. Thank you
