We all use computers and mobiles throughout the day but most of us don't suffer from problems but some of us do....and as u have mentioned your problem is mostly in the daytime, this itself points towards some likely diagnosis which can only be confirmed on examination. Only if  you can answer the following questions. 1. Are you working in an environment where the air conditioning is very strong. 2. Is the direction of this AC...directly facing you. 3. Do you  get episodes of dryness mostly in the working hours. 4 . Are u suffering from some sort of hormonal imbalance. 5. Probable diagnosis might be dry eyes which is getting aggravated by some one of the factors mentioned above. Think about it and re-evaluate your working conditions.making minor changes to your working environment and in your life style should do good to you. Rest is only after examination, one can pin point, to a likely  diagnosis of your condition. Hope this helps and answered your question. For further details...
