Eyelid dandruff and painful lump
Hi
My eyelid generates lot of dandruff and recently I got painful lump near eyelid. Pls let me know how to reduce this dandruff as I feel my eyes look dirty. Also my eyes becomes dry while using computer. I am using anti glare glasses but still I feel eyes are dry

Get your hair dandruff treated by a skin doctor. Unless that reduces your eye infection(Blepharitis) keeps recurring. For your dryness you can use a lubricating drop.

The problem is called blepharitis,the source of dandruff is your scalp hair ,use antidandruff shampoo for your head and do hot fomentations for the eye . You also seem to have dry eyes ,you can use artifical tear eye drops for the dry eye .Both issues are minor .
