Sir kindly mention the age of your child, when did he start wearing glasses, what is the glasses number in other eye and how many hours of patching is he doing. You have to understand that the glasses power comes due to the size of eye ball and we can only prevent it from increasing by wearing glasses and patching will help him recover from lazy eye. For squint he may require a surgery at a later date. Hope this is helpful
Next Steps
Need to see a pediatric ophthalmologist
Health Tips

What is the age of the child ? I don’t think Ayurvedic medicines help...left eye is definitely lazy but as you mentioned patching is being done ...so keep doing it...depending on age of patient and vision squinting decision to be taken...need consultation

What's the refraction of Right eye? Please mention your child's age as well. A clear cut answer to your question can be given only after knowing the child's vision in each eye and detail evaluation of squint as well as retina.
