Eye - Toric contact lens
I have -1.75 sph and .5 cylindrical power in my eye. When I went for lenses I was told that toric lens do not come under .75 for cylindrical . So I'll have to drop cylindrical power and increase my sph to -2.0 to balance it. Is this correct, what should I do?

Optician is right in saying. Manufacturers don't manufacture contact lenses having less than 0.75 cylinder. You have choice of not opting to contact lenses at all. If highly motivated take one more opinion and evaluate which one is better for you.
