Eye swelling
I hve swelling on my right eye and its been a year .whats the treatment and why it hapned .thers no pain and vision is also good .is it due to lack of proper diet or vitamin b12 .colud you help me out Or is it due to kidney problem or is it edma .sometimes my feet also get swelled up but swelling goes if i walk or do running .colud you help me.what should i do and why these are happening

It could be a chalazion or any mass. Need to examine and only then can I opine on that.

You should consult experienced physician & get checked up  blood biochemistry for liver , kidney blood sugar ,lipid profile etc& if advised for eye check up ,then consult ophthmologist.

Is only one side swollen or both, it is a bit difficult to come to any conclusion without a proper examination. Please see a local ophthalmologist who will be able to guide you.

Hello It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Swelling due to kidney disease affect both eyes
