If you are having allergy constantly then first get the atmospheric allergy test done and avoid exposure to detected allergens. Use antiallergic e.g. olopatadine eye drops 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids and use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily.

Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome .

B. Cold compresses
C. Keep using winolap
D. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently
E. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop can be used in severe cases
