I can't comment about. Nose but yes for eyes,this could be due to dryness
A. Cold compresses
B. Use goggles in sunlight
C. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently

From your symptoms it sounds like you have allergic rhinitis with allergic conjunctivitis. I'm afraid there is no permanent cure for this. the treatment is only symptomatic. Anti histamine tablets, nasal decongestant drops, steam inhalation should help you. For your eyes you could use mast cell stabiliser eye drops like olopatadine and decongestants, but it's better you take the opinion of an Ophthalmologist for that.
