Eye muscle weakness
My eye doctor said I hv weak eye muscle and this cause pain in eye and headache. I get mild pain in moving eye sideways and concentrating in sidewards. Also, my eyes remain tired. I find difficult to focus on screen and extreme far.My eye power number is correct. I am doing convergence exercises. I wanted to ask that what causes weakness in eye muscles and how to improve?

good general health, proper sleep n routine, less screen time , some supplements also can help..
read about computer vision syndrome and follow 20/20/20 rule.
use some lubricants ..n finally can go for some bynocs therapy also, if needed .
