You might be having chemical injury to eye
We need to do slit lamp examination to see limbal ischemia or if there is corneal damage...
Need to start steroid drops and antibiotics and tablet limce 500mg daily for two weeks
You can continue optive eye drops
Visit an ophthalmologist soon
