Eye irritation
Having swelling of upper eyelids laterally ..woke up with crusting of eyelids..am having slight pain and foreign body sensation..can i take ciprofloxacin eye drops? What treatment will u suggest??

Hello The crusting points to some infection. Topical Antibiotic Eye drops like Moxifloxacin 0.5% VIGAMOX should be started 4times a day along with eye hygiene. Topical Lubricant eye drop should also be started Like Genteal Eye drops 4 times a day.  Share some pictures of you can.
Next Steps
If the lids are stuck then clean them with a sterile Cotton and maintain hygiene.

Hello, Probably it's a stye. Start warm compresses on eyelids. Use moxicip eyedrops 4 times a day. You may need oral pain killer and oral ciprofloxacin (if no known allergy)based on the severity of infection. Do consult an ophthalmologist for complete evaluation.
