Seems to be acute conjunctivitis . Observe good hygiene. Avoid touching your eyes with your hands or fingers. Use tissues to dab your discharge and discard them after each use. Use some simple antibiotic drops like ZO 4 times a day. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni Road station east, Mumbai

It seems to be conjunctivitis

This could be due to conjunctivitis
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloaxacin 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
