Eye Burning
I am 31 years male and my eyes are burning little from last 5 days. No pinkish eyes.
What should I do for this?
What is the reason for burning.
I work on laptop 8-10 hrs a day but I take a break for every 30 mins.
No swelling
No watery eyes

You are suffering from Digital Eye Strain
Advice
- Blink your eyes more
- Follow 20-20-20 rule
Take break every 20 minutes for 20 seconds and try to see as far as 20 meter
- Adjust screen brightness to moderate or as per your eye comfort level.
