Extreme pain in my anus
Hi. I have extreme pain in my anus, i cant stand and walk properly. Though there is no bleeding while passing stools. it's been 3 days now i am suffering from extreme pain. is this a staring of piles or something else... please help me to get over this. Thanks !

Extreme pain as you are mentioning most common cause is anal fissure.Straightway start applying Ointment Lignocaine jelly around anus to avoid further complications and take a laxative to soften the stools.Please also show to a Surgical Specialist.
