Extreme hairfall and no hair growth
I 've been sufferin from hair loss since 5years. I consulted to many doctors but nothing went well. I had a less hb problem for which i took orofer injection which was suggested by one of the dermatologist here at my place..last year but still i cant find any hair growth.some said that there might be ferritin problem but couldn't makeout what is the real issue. So please suggest me what should i do for healthy hair growth! It has become really thin so please suggest me a good treatment or cause.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
